As well as providing the advancement of education training or retraining, particularly among unemployed people, and providing unemployed people with work experience. The BEACH aims to achieve these key objectives by: u2022 being fair in its dealings with people, communities and organisations and taking account of the fact that different people have different needs; u2022 delivering cost effective services to
