CHARTERED ENGINEERING - EXPERT WITNESS REPORTS
Heap and Digby are Chartered Engineers providing Expert Witness reports on a variety of electrical and electro-mechanical engineering disputes including electrical safety, electrocution, personal injury, power supply systems and project disputes. Trained in Court Procedures, JSE and Expert Determination.
Established in 1912 they have extensive experience in the design, operation and maintenance of high and medium voltage power systems, transmission lines, cables, substations and electrical distribution, the preparation of feasibility studies and project management.
Experience in building services includes conception design of the services in conjunction with the building team providing specialist input on power, lighting, fire alarms, security, CCTV and building management systems etc.

James Davies is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the Institute of Engineering Technology with international consulting experience in the design, operation and management of electrical generation, buildings and power systems in Africa, UK, Middle East and Micronesia.
