Keighley Laboratories facilities include a large scale production heat treatment service approved to BSI EN 9100, AS 9100 and ISO 9001 and an independent UKAS (ISO/IEC 17025) accredited metallurgical laboratory.

Heat Treatment specialised services include gas carburizing, press quenching, induction hardening, austempering, martempering and ferritic nitrocarburizing. Standard processes such as hardening and tempering, stress relieving, normalising, annealing and carbonitriding are also available.

UKAS accreditation covers most services undertaken in the Chemical Laboratory and Test House facilities i.e. chemical analysis, mechanical, non-destructive and corrosion testing. Metallurgists are also available to carry out Product Failure Investigation.
