Engineering teams at Sino Kingsun closely manage the tooling projects on both toolmaking sites communicating progress to the end customer with weekly reports and timing plans. Our engineers attend technical meetings and are always present at T1 and subsequent tooling trials to give customer feedback via photos, video footage, ISIRs and machine setting sheets. Full PPAP service is available for automotive projects.

Tooling up to 21 tons. P20 and fully hardened H13 tool steels, European & Japanese grades supplied. Prototype tooling in 5 weeks. Full mould flow analysis service.
