Somerset Solders Ltd is an established distributor of products and consumables for Electronics Assembly. We stock products for through hole Pcb soldering production such as solder wires, soldering irons, soldering stations, wave soldering fluxes, titanium wave soldering strips and titanium fingers. SMT production products include metal squeegee blades from Transition Automation, lead free and leaded solder pastes, spatulas, SMT pick and place production machine aids such as cover tape extenders, reel splicing tools and trial solder paste printing film, and component reel counters. We stock stencil cleaners in convenient IPA pre-soaked lint free wipes, our Kwik Wipes and the Qualitek SK11 stencil cleaning solution.

Qualitek Solder Wire
We have been supplying solder wire for the past 20 years and stock an extensive range of flux cored solder wires in leaded and lead free alloys for Electronics applications. From ultra fine 0.20mm no clean solder wire to 1.60mm rosin activated flux for soldering requiring extra flux activity.
As a leading distributor of Qualitek solders and fluxes we can recommend the ideal solder wire from No Clean solder wires to Water Soluble fluxed solder wire, depending on your post cleaning requirement.

ESD Bench Matting
At Somerset ESD, a leading ESD product stockist, we cut and stud our ESD mats to suit your order. We have standard stock sizes but can also accomodate for custom sizes to suit your ESD benches.
ESD Bench Mats are available in a choice of 4 colours; Blue, Grey, Green and Beige
Precut sizes are available as 900mm x 610mm, 1200mm x 610mm or 500mm x 400mm mini mats. 10mm studs can be added where desired. We can supply Full Rolls of the ESD bench matting and studding kits for customers who wish to cut their own matting.
It is important to help maintain your ESD bench matting for maximum dissipation. To keep the top layer of your matting clean from dirt and grime use Killstat Mat and Table Top Cleaner.

Solder Pots
Small solder pots, large solders pots, American Beauty solder pots, solder pot kits with solder flux and solder pellets included and a range of solder pot spares.
For example, we offer a Quick 100-4C small solder pot. (as shown).
The Quick 100-4C is an ideal solder pot for low to medium volume wire tinning with a temperature range that will accommodate both Leaded and Lead Free solder alloys.

For larger part soldering the Quick 100-15S with a rectangular pot is ideal for multiple wire soldering, connector work and small pcb soldering.
