Tribosonics Ltd design and manufacture high end ultrasonic equipment for a wide range of traditional and novel applications. We have low cost USB ultrasonics for condition monitoring applications and high end PCI ultrasonic hardware for more demanding research applications. We use innovative approaches utilising permanently embedded sensors to measure and monitor a wide range of engineering applications including lubricant film thickness and wear in applications such as bearings, seals and engines.
Other measurement and monitoring technologies include contact pressure, load, corrosion, NDT, material quality, process control, fluid characterisation, inspection etc.
Our sensors are completely non-invasive and can offer low cost installation options in extreme environments from liquid nitrogen to sensors on a piston ring in a fired engine. We supply a wide range of transducers to suit numerous monitoring applications.
