St Astier is a consulting contractor for the construction industry where we work with local authorities, housing associations, construction industry professionals, commercial organisations and home owners. We specialise in: structural repair; building conservation; housing repair & regeneration; and industrial and civils works.
With a wide range of services under each of these main areas, we are able to offer a complete end to end service for many complex, multifaceted repair, renewal and conservation schemes.



Structural Repair
We provide clients with a wide range of structural repair services to deal with structural problems as a result of land slippage, subsidence, faulty construction, impact damage or structural failure stemming from manmade or environmental factors. Our structural repair services centre around specialist concrete repairs, masonry repair and stabilisation works using a number of proprietary masonry reinforcement systems and mini piling and soil nailing to provide quick, clean and proven solutions for ground movement.


Building Conservation and Repair
We have a wealth of experience in the repair and conservation of historically significant structures. Using in-house Heritage CSCS accredited workmen and a small trusted supply chain we undertake sympathetic stone repair and conservation works to grade I & II listed structures, scheduled ancient monuments and places of worship. Our area of expertise extends to the repair and protection of masonry ruins where we work closely with other conservation specialists.


Social Housing Repairs and External Refurbishment
We work with local authorities, housing associations, social landlords and their partners to deliver external repair and refurbishment services that transform housing stock into energy efficient and aesthetically pleasing properties through the external insulation of walls using insulated render systems to create warm, modern looking homes.


Industrial and Civil Works
We undertake structural waterproofing and specialist repairs to road bridges, pedestrian and transport tunnels. We also carry out concrete repairs to sea defences and water retaining structures. In an industrial context, we replace or repair factory floors and undertake specialist repairs in unique safety and access conditions or where ?live factory conditions? must prevail.
